I've made no secret of my admiration of Maestro Guitars. Quite simply, there is no other company building such high quality guitars with the attention to detail,  choice and modern features at the price point offered by Maestro.

Traditional Series D-IR AW is a prime example of Maestro’s modern take on the timeless Dreadnought body style. The classic combination of a Torrefied Adirondack Spruce top, and Indian Rosewood back and sides give this Traditional Series D the power and authoritative voice one would expect from a dread, all while retaining a a balanced tone and string clarity. Taking a closer look, one will notice the fine Abalone appointments on the rosette, purfling, and backstrip. They have long been known for including the CSB package (Florentine Cutaway, Soundport and Arm Bevel), but now Maestro has taken this further by offering a multi-scale, fan fret design.
