Collings Clarence White 18, Mahogany & Adirondack Spruce - Pre-Owned

1998 Collings Clarence White 18 (one of fewer than 25 Mahogany Clarence Whites made). This guitar is a powerhouse and one of the cleanest Clarence Whites we’ve seen for its age.

Here we have one of the original "Clarence White" model Collings guitars made between 1989 and 2000 and before Michelle White Bledsoe gave the right to use the name to Martin Guitar. Most Clarence White model Collings guitars are made of Brazilian Rosewood, and they fetch great sums on the used market. This 1998 Mahogany version, in many ways, is the more rare guitar, in that fewer than 25 Mahogany Clarence White guitars were made. The model is based on the famous guitar owned by Tony Rice and features binding on the fretboard, no binding on the headstock, a larger soundhole, and no tongue brace. The guitar with these specs continues to be built by Collings today but is now named the Winfield model (typically available in Indian Rosewood and Mahogany).

Martin 1946 D-18 Acoustic Guitar, Mahogany & Sitka Spruce - Pre-Owned

1946 Martin D-18 Based on its build date, this one should have a Sitka top, but it sure looks and sounds like Adirondack. I can’t believe this guitar is still here.

This truly extraordinary Martin D-18 is over 70 years old and still holds its own with most anything else in the realm of classic dreadnoughts.
Made up out of Mahogany for the back and sides with a gorgeous, wide grained Sitka Spruce top, this iconic instrument projects a huge, balanced and powerful tone with a broken-in and open, true vintage voice that nothing but years of playing can bestow upon an instrument.
The Ebony boarded Mahogany neck plays beautifully all the way through, and the fretting is articulate and precise to match thanks to an absolutely stellar re-fret, making this versatile classic an enduring workhorse still.
This gorgeous instrument comes in a rock-solid contemporary Martin hard case.

Santa Cruz OM Custom SB Acoustic Guitar, Figured Maple & Adirondack Spruce - Pre-Owned

2009 SCGC OM Custom Maple and Adirondack Spruce come together beautifully in this OM. Its tone is articulate  and dry but with a good bit of warmth.

This beautiful OM was custom-ordered through our shop back in 2009, and it's a lovely example of Santa Cruz Guitar's workmanship. The guitar sports gorgeous quilted Maple back and sides, and a sunburst Adirondack Spruce top.

This guitar is feather-light and combines sweet highs with resonant lows. It has excellent responsiveness and reacts wonderfully to both fingerstyle and flatpicking. Schoenberg 000c Standard Acoustic guitar, Cocobolo & Italian Spruce - Pre-Owned

2005 Schoenberg 000-12 cutaway. Built by Bruce Sexauer. Great fingerstyle guitar with strong fundamentals and complex overtones.

Built by Bruce Sexauer for Eric Schoenberg, this 12 fret 000 is a unique guitar that still feels familiar in-hand. Built with an Italian Spruce top with bear-claw figuring and Cocobolo back and sides. This Schoenberg sports golden-era features such as an ebony pyramid bridge and nickel Waverly tuners.
