Build Thread: Three Incoming Turnstone Guitars

We're really excited to have three builds currently on the bench at Turnstone HQ, and we cannot wait to get our hands on them.
We began working with Turnstone Guitars at the end of 2019 and what a partnership it's been since. Rosie Heydenrych, founder and luthier at Turnstone, has been pushing the limits of lutherie and creating some of the most innovative, responsive and gorgeous instruments we've seen, with the help of her husband Karl.
Turnstone guitars currently offer three models, essentially a small, medium and large:
TG- Turnstone Grand TM- Turnstone Medium TS- Turnstone Small The TS Model came first, having owned a dreadnought, from a physical point of view Rosie was interested in a smaller bodied guitar, and how this works for developing the most comfortable guitar for a smaller physique. The rest grew from there.
We're excited to be bringing one of each model in, in this batch- which will include our first ever TM model.
We're particularly excited to be bringing in a model from the Turnstone 'E-Series'- the TG Model in Bog Oak and Western Red Cedar. The 'E-series' features guitars of which all wood components are made out of English woods. Rosie is very passionate about Native English Tonewoods (as are we) and using the beautiful woods available from her home country. This model will display a beautiful set of 5000-year-old Fenland Black Oak, teamed with a striking Western Red Cedar soundboard.
Turnstone's utmost attention to detail, innovative practices and endless talent consistently result in gorgeous guitars, of the highest quality. Interestingly, you will find that Turnstone guitars are internally crafted from other tone-woods, as opposed to just your standard mahogany. This method enhances the tonal complexities of the instruments and allows Rosie to push these guitars to their limits, creating the exact desired sound. The use of alternative tonewoods allows individual characteristics of the woods to enhance the tonal palette of each instrument and maximise capabilities.
Rosie has kindly sent over some photos of these guitars in build, you can get an insight into her process and the gorgeous woods used below...
