Details
This Collings I-35 is an exemplary representation of what has quickly become one of Collings’ most popular electric models. With a beautiful highly figured flamed maple top in faded cherry, solid Honduran mahogany construction, a highly arched top carve, and a meticulously hand-sanded nitrocellulose lacquer measuring under .007”, this I-35 allows only the best qualities of it’s carefully selected tonewoods to shine through.
While classic in aesthetic and design with its 50’s style wiring, and its pair of Lollar Low Wind Imperial Humbuckers, this vintage vibe guitar has a place in nearly every genre. The I-35 provides endless tonal and acoustical response, an exceptionally musical feel and touch sensitivity, as well as beautiful harmonic content and note definition, making this guitar an impeccable choice for any style of player.
