Details
The offset is known for being a versatile design, and Bunting expands on that versatility with their Melody Queen JM. Built with a lightweight German Spruce body, and Bosnian Maple Neck and Madagascar Rosewood fretboard, the Melody Queen has a natural acoustic-like resonance.
This acoustic-like quality is complemented by Bunting’s proprietary oil and shellac “Raw Finish”, which allows the guitar to breathe, giving it phenomenal dynamics, even unplugged. However, the magic lies in the two Mojo JM ’58-’64 pickups. These handmade P90’s can go from sweet, cutting cleans to destructive fuzzed out mayhem with just a twist of the Emerson Volume Pot.
Paired with its High Cut Filter and Series Pickup switches, mastery bridge, and its intuitive and extremely functional Duesenberg Tremola, this Bunting Melody Queen JM is right at home playing anything from Surf and Grunge, to Indie and Experimental music.
