Win A Collings Competition Rules

Official Rules 
  1. Eligibility: This Contest is open only to those who sign up through the TNAG Connoisseur mobile app and who are 18 as of the date of entry. The Contest is only open to legal residents of all countries. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees of The North American Guitar, Collings Guitars, all affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. 
  2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree that You have affirmatively reviewed and accepted, and agree to be fully unconditionally bound by, these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. 
  3. How to Enter: The Contest must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided in the TNAG Connoisseur mobile app (downloadable here The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. All questions in the survey must be completed for the entry to be valid. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of The North American Guitar. 
  4. Privacy: As a condition of entering this Contest, You consent to receive communications from The North American Guitar for the purpose of administering this Contest and for the purpose of providing other offers and communications which may be of interest to the entrant. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the “unsubscribe” link and instructions contained in any email communication you may receive, and doing so will not affect your entry into the Contest.  Personal information collected in connection with this Contest is governed by The North American Guitar privacy policy (located at 
  5. Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Contest (the “Winner”) will receive a Collings C10A acoustic guitar as described in the link listed above (with the option to award one or more additional prizes in The North American Guitar’s sole discretion), with an approximate retail value of $6,750. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by The North American Guitar. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at The North American Guitar’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for The North American Guitar to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by lawThe prize is not for resale. Any form of resale on third-party selling platforms will result in the winner being invoiced for the full retail value of the guitar. 
  6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 
  7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by random drawing. Winner will be notified by email within two (2) hours following selection of Winner. If the Winner is an eligible resident of Canada, the Winner must answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question (or other skill-testing question) before being declared the Winner. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question on two attempts will result in ineligibility. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize twenty-four (24) hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release (if required), the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected. The North American Guitar will be the sole judge of the Winner’s qualification. 
  8. Terms & Conditions: The North American Guitar reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest for any reason. In such case, The North American Guitar may (but is not required to) select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after such termination or suspension. The North American Guitar has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Contest rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. The Contest ends at 23:59 Central Time on July 29, 2021. 
  9. Hold Harmless and Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless The North American Guitar, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from any and all claims You may have arising out of this Contest, including but not limited to your participation in the Contest and/or your acceptance of any prize.

  11. Social Media / App Store: The Contest hosted by The North American Guitar is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Apple, or Google. By entering, you also agree to release and hold harmless these companies and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from any and all claims You may have arising out of this Contest.
