72-Hour Appraisal Period
Each musical instrument purchased via our website comes with a 72-hour appraisal period, enabling you to try the instrument in the comfort of your own home.
However, in the unlikely event that your instrument does not meet your expectation in anyway, then please contact us here within 72 hours and a member of the TNAG team will issue a Return Authorization. We will not accept any returned items that do not have a previously arranged Return Authorization.
