Details
The Bourgeois slope-shouldered dreadnought is a true jack-of-all-trades, and with a long-scale set-up, it's about as full of woody, driving power as could be. A warm mid-range, clarity, and crisp bite are achieved by pairing mahogany and "Aged Tone" Adirondack spruce. The tone is huge and full-bodied, and versatile for a range of playing styles, and it pivots into fingerpicking with ease. Ziricote on the fretboard, peghead overlay and bridge add a unique touch, along with the aged coloring of the top plus a firestripe pickguard. Some very light playwear (whorls in the finish, wear on the pickguard) is visible, along with a centimeter-long finish scratch on the top on the lower bout.
