This Ralph Bown Classical Guitar is an extremely rare arrival into The Exchange, and was built by Ralph Bown in Yorkshire, England in 1983 before he shifted his focus to building steel string acoustics.
This gorgeous nylon string guitar features a stunning set of Brazilian Rosewood for the back and sides and a European Spruce top.
Its Mahogany neck is topped by an Ebony fingerboard with a 51mm nut width and a 25" scale length. The Brazilian Rosewood theme continues with a Brazilian Rosewood headstock veneer and bridge.
The guitar comes in its original hard shell case and has recently been serviced and repaired by classical luthier David Whiteman to address a small crack to the back of the guitar.
