Details

If you appreciate the power and might of the Collings dreadnought, but long for something with a slightly mellower tone, the D1 Traditional with satin finish is just the ticket! With sparse appointments and a design that builds on the legacy of the Martin 14-fret dreadnought, this D1 has all the dry, woody presence we love about a good D-18. But the combination of Collings' Traditional Series build techniques and a smooth, satin finish add nuance and help restrain that zingy high end Collings is often known for. Because of that, this is a dreadnought that is especially well-suited to doing double duty, tackling both flatpicking and fingerpicking with ease. Though pre-owned, this guitar is in pristine condition.
