Details

For players who love the reliability and playability of modern instruments, but long for the character and tone of vintage pre-war guitars, Bill Collings and his team answered the call in 2017 with the launch of their Traditional Series. With an even thinner finish, no tongue brace, a rounded Traditional neck profile, and vintage-inspired voicing and construction system, the T-Series guitars have a warmer, more rounded tone, with an articulate midrange, and a quickly responsive voice. The upgraded Adirondack spruce top brings added dynamic range, but the tonewood's notorious bite and high-end clarity is rounded out with a satin finish. You may be hard-pressed to distinguish this pre-owned guitar from our new models—aside from a little wear on the pickguard, it's incredibly clean.
