Combining the short scale of a 000 with the 14-fret OM body shape, this all mahogany OM1 SS is warm, fingerpicking accompaniment dream (though it can certainly tackle plenty more, too!). Its all mahogany construction gives this OM style guitar a prominent low-end, and a defined mid-range, with a smooth top-end, creating a tone filled with warmth and body. This instrument’s short 24-7/8" is easy playing, and the versatile modified V neck profile is suitable for a variety of playing styles. The elegantly simple wood rosette and 1-style walnut backstrip keep the focus on the deep amber sunburst and wood grain. This Collings OM1 is difficult to look away from, and even more difficult to put down.
