This killer Fender Custom Shop '60 Telecaster Custom in Heavily Relic'd Daphne Blue is a battle ready workhorse of a guitar, with a versatile range and huge tones on tap.
Made in Fender's Custom Shop in 2018, this stunning guitar lives up to the incredibly high standards in quality and sound rightfully associated with the brands builder elite, with superb finishing, magnificent feel and sublime playability.
The body is made of Alder and double bound with very fetching aged white binding, with the Heavy Relic Daphne Blue finish giving the guitar an instant 'rock'n'roll' edge and stage-ready feel.
The neck is made up of excellent Quarter-Sawn Maple with a AAA Rosewood Slab fretboard. The nitro finish on the neck has been aged and stripped back to simulate playwear and makes for a very smooth and fast feel, coupled with the lovely Sanko 6105 frets that makes bending and voicing a dream all the way across the board.
The Fender Custom Shop '63 Tele pickups in this guitar give out classic tones, from country twang and rock on the bridge pickup through to smooth bluesy leads with clarity and chime. This guitar truly is a fantastic example of how versatile and enjoyable an instrument a Telecaster can be.
Being a Heavily Relic'd guitar, the condition is intentional and the ageing across the guitar adds to the wonderful 'broken in' feel of the guitar, despite it only being a year old.
The guitar comes with a Fender Custom Shop Hardcase and all the COA and case-candy one would expect.
