Details
Nick Kukich, the luthier behind Franklin Guitars, once crafted one of his pre-war style OMs for guitarist John Renbourn. One listen to his guitars, and it’s not hard to see why the legendary fingerstylist added one to his stable. Nick is currently based in Portland, OR where he builds on the Martin legacy by crafting traditional OMs, jumbos and dreadnoughts. This pre-owned 2016 model is in excellent condition and has the played-in tone you’d expect from an Adirondack spruce topped guitar that has had the time and experience to open up. Beautifully figured, amber-colored mahogany on the back and sides provides the warmth and mid-range focus sound that OMs are so perfectly suited to deliver.
