It can be tempting to think that Brazilian rosewood is at its best on a large-bodied guitar, or that short scale doesn't work as well for alternate drop tunings. Enter in this Brazilian rosewood Fredholm 00 to challenge those assumptions! Thomas Fredholm is crafting his Martin-inspired guitars out of his workshop in Sweden, utilizing "traditional classical" techniques, premium tonewoods, and French polish finishes to build guitars with incredible tone and response. This 12-fret 00 has a powerful, rich voice, with the focus of a smaller body but the depth and nuance of a larger guitar. The five-piece Brazilian rosewood back is perfectly matched with a German spruce top. Abalone and mother of pearl accents abound, culminating in a unique patterned rosette. On a larger instrument, these appointments might seem a little over the top, but on this slotted headstock 00, they are absolutely charming and old-worldly.

The condition is excellent, with no issues to note.
