Details
Based on a guitar produced very briefly by Gibson in the 1930s, this Gibson AJ Custom Shop is a perfect example of the highly-sought after slope-shouldered cannon. With its Adirondack spruce top, and Madagascar rosewood back and sides, this historical guitar is widely referred to as one of Gibson’s most powerful acoustics. With a full-bodied bass response, articulate and expressive mids, and cutting highs, this guitar will make its presence known in any situation. Sporting an authentic Gibson style rosette and binding, eye-catching MOP “Diamonds and Arrows” inlays, and classic Gibson single-ply cream binding, this Gibson AJ Custom Shop is a flawless recreation of a rare but quintessential Gibson guitar. The split in the top and tail block has been professionally sealed and cleated, and a fresh setup means this one is ready to hit the road.
