Gibson Songwriter Deluxe Custom Acoustic Guitar, Indian Rosewood & Sitka Spruce - Pre-Owned

This custom-shop iteration of the very popular Gibson Songwriter includes a Gibson Dove neck, a Sitka Spruce top, and Indian Rosewood back and sides. The Songwriter is a relatively modern model offered by Gibson, and stands out from the pack with its rosewood back and sides, giving it a beautifully complex tone.

This example includes an ivoroid bound body, fretboard and peghead, a venetian cutaway, and classic pearl parallelogram inlay on the fretboard. This guitar is suited to both strumming and fingerstyle, with rich overtones and a piano-like tone. This instrument is equipped with a LR Baggs Anthem pickup, and also has a JLD Bridge Doctor which was installed when new for it’s tonal properties rather than for repair.
