Details
The newest additional to their Traditional Series lineup, Goodall crafted their 12-fret 000 to be a well-rounded mid-sized guitar with pronounced bass presence. Sure to please fingerstylists with its shorter 25" scale, it still has the body and dynamic range for strumming and lighter flatpicking. The lows and mids are emphasized and powerful, and due to its partially scalloped bracing, have a bit more “boominess". Dense, overtone-rich Macassar ebony is paired with Adirondack spruce to produce a tone that, though designed for broad warmth, doesn't lack for trebles, clarity, and string separation. Like other models in the Traditional Series, this 000 has a more conservative visual appeal than the standard Goodalls. Herringbone rosette and purfling, maple binding, and a chevron style backstrip capture the vintage guitar spirit while giving the player the reliability and build quality of a modern guitar.
Current condition is excellent to near mint, with no notable signs of wear.
