Details

Designed with flatpickers and bluegrass players in mind, the Goodall Traditional OM is a modern take on the beloved classic, but with a more conservative visual appeal than the standard Goodalls. Though it sports a smaller, more manageable body shape, this OM boasts many of the same tonal characteristics of the larger dread. The lows and mids are emphasized and powerful, and due to its custom, partially scalloped bracing, have a bit more “boominess". Though the tonal emphasis is on broad warmth, this OM does not lack trebles, clarity, and string separation in the least bit. Its AAA-grade Adirondack spruce top and East Indian rosewood back and sides are a classic pairing, and absolutely perfect for this model. With its herringbone rosette and purfling, koa binding, and chevron style backstrip, this Goodall Traditional OM captures the vintage OM spirit while giving a player the reliability and build quality of a modern guitar.
