Details

Designed with flatpickers and bluegrass players in mind, the Goodall Traditional OM is a modern take on the OM beloved body shape. Its Adirondack Spruce top and East Indian Rosewood back and sides is a classic pairing that is only complimented by its Mahogany neck and Ebony fretboard. Though it sports a smaller more manageable body shape, this OM boasts many of the same tonal characteristics of its Dreadnought older brother. The lows and mids are emphasized and powerful, and due to its custom, partially scalloped bracing, have a bit more “boomy-ness”. Though the tonal emphasis is on broad warmth, this OM does not lack trebles, clarity, and string separation in the least bit. With its herringbone rosette and purfling, Koa binding, and chevron style backstrip, this Goodall Traditional OM captures the vintage OM spirit while giving a player the reliability and build quality of a modern guitar.
