Why not spread the cost?

Charles A Hoffman has been building hand-crafted guitars in Minneapolis, MN since 1971. This rare example is part of a limited run of guitars built in 2012 for Dream Guitars of Weaverville NC. This guitar is a concert size, and is extremely comfortable to play, yielding a deep yet crisp tone. The Italian spruce top is very responsive and reacts wonderfully to fingerstyle as well as flat-picking.

This Hoffman Dream Concert is in excellent used condition and boasts a beautiful set of Brazillian rosewood back and sides, and koa binding on the body. It’s a joy to play up and down the neck, and the Florentine cutaway makes the higher frets very accessible. The fretboard is a gorgeous piece of ebony with no inlays of any kind, save for some dots on the side of the neck. The headstock sports an ebony overlay, gold-plated Gotoh 510 tuning machines, pearl Hoffman “H” logo, and ebony buttons.

Note: When this guitar was sold new by Dream Guitars it had repaired back cracks that happened during the build, which Dream Guitars made sure to mention. The repaired cracks are slightly visible but solid. The guitar is in excellent condition with a expected marks from playing.
