Details
"We are proud to unveil the ND-200. It is named after our one and only Nick Durkee, who is the man behind every build. He has been with us for over two years and deserves the biggest and baddest guitar named after him."
With a huge 17" lower bout and dramatic curves, the brand new Iris ND-200 lives up to its hype by being the biggest and baddest guitar in the Iris line! Customers and staff alike have picked it up and been blown away by the clarity and power they've gotten out of this Sitka and mahogany guitar, no matter what their playing style. Given the size and narrower nut width, it's a natural fit for playing with a flatpick, either as a rhythm instrument or playing lead lines. But as Lance Allen demonstrates in our demo, this guitar is no slouch for fingerstyle either, with a woody, focused tone that's perfect for blues and folk arrangements. Finished off with the inimitable Iris sunburst and a firestripe pickguard just as bold as the guitar itself, the ND-200 is up for any challenge.
