Details
Colorado-based luthier JC Baxendale is crafting some of the best traditional-style guitars around. Players looking for the pure, balanced woody tone of an old vintage OM-18 should look no further. With a carefully selected Adirondack spruce top, mahogany back and sides, and 18-style appointments, the beauty of this guitar is clearly in its tone. It has enough crackle and headroom to sit well in an ensemble mix, but also has the mahogany warmth and midrange focus that's perfect for solo vocal accompaniment. Coming off of John's work bench in just 2019, you can enjoy the benefits of modern luthiery with the vintage sound we all crave.
