Details

As would be expected from a Brazilian rosewood dreadnought crafted by the expert hands of Colorado-based luthier J.C. Baxendale, this D-42 is a rich, balanced and powerful dreadnought, with visual appointments befitting its incredible tone. Brazilian rosewood this straight-grained can be hard to find, and the tone it provides is all you need to confirm the rumor its coveted status. Perfectly matching it is the tight-grained Adirondack top, giving you that crisp, clear bite needed to help your bass notes drive and pop, and your lead lines sing out over the rest of the band. Sparkling appointments like the abalone rosette and purfling and the mother of pearl fretboard markers and torch inlay are just icing on the cake.
