Details
With a roster of models that will surely catch the eye of any fan of traditional, Martin-inspired guitars, Ohio-based luthier and woodworker Jeff Jewitt builds an absolutely delightful 00. Jeff considers this his signature model and his "personal all-around favorite". The classic 18-style tonewood pairing is woody and balanced, with an extra dose of nuance and complexity thanks to the sinker mahogany and hot hide glue construction. The slight V neck profile and the short scale length of 24.9" combine for easy playing for the left hand. Topping it off is a beautiful butterscotch sunburst reminiscent of Martin's shade top finishes, and a glittering abalone rosette.
