Kim Walker's instruments are highly sought after, and for good reason. For fans of traditional Martin-style guitars, players are hard-pressed to find a more meticulously crafted six-string, especially one with tone this warm and articulate. For us, this 1996 000 is extra special, as TNAG's own Kim Sherman sold it 20+ years ago through Cotten Music. The gorgeous bearclaw German spruce top, which is strikingly not bookmatched, is paired with Honduran mahogany and accented with Walker's Style C Special appointments - Brazilian rosewood binding with curly maple purfling. The combination of the 12-fret design with a standard scale length is delectably playable. Bass to treble, its voice is well-balanced and perfectly suited to fingerstyle and flatpicking with a lighter touch. It's been incredibly well- cared for over the years, and comes with its original Harptone hard case.
