Details

As bold sounding as it is looking, this OMC Black Top from Arizona-based luthier Jason Kostal is a unique take on a classic design. Like many of Jason's guitars, this pre-owned OMC has a German spruce top underneath that inky finish, which is prized for its balance of responsiveness and dynamic range. The Brazilian rosewood back and sides provide plenty of complex overtones and sustain, for a compellingly rich tone that will satisfy the solo player. A slightly shorter than standard scale length of 25" (as opposed to 25.5" or similar) makes fretting all that much easier, with no loss in body for when you want to dig in with a flatpick.

This pre-owned Kostal comes to us in excellent condition, in its original Hoffee hard case.
