Eugene, Oregon-based acoustic luthier Raymond Kraut is a popular luthier on our roster. As a former apprentice to Ervin Somogyi, he is one of a very few luthiers who have built their own version of Ervin's acclaimed Modified Dreadnought model.

This 2013 Kraut Modified Dreadnought sports a stunning set of Brazilian Rosewood, paired with a European Spruce top - a wood combination that perfectly suits the modern design of the Modified Dreadnought.

While this guitar is being sold using our Sell From Home service, therefore is located with the seller in the US, we've played Kraut MD models in this wood combination before, therefore we just know that this guitar sounds every bit as good as it looks.
