"I have developed my own designs based on the 'Australian School' of guitar making. The guitar I have to offer you is a lattice-braced, arched back classical guitar, which has superb projection, clarity and sustain. Combining a full and rich tone, with bright trebles and warm basses."
Australian luthier Kim Lissarague has been handcrafting guitars since his teens, and judging by this guitar alone, that lifetime of experience has paid off. His arched back lattice-braced classical guitar design comes out of his part in the "Australian School" of guitar building. Crafted with warm, satin-finished western red cedar and ziricote - an unusual tonewood for many, but not for Kim, who works with it a lot - the tone of this guitar is striking. Surprisingly powerful and dynamic for a cedar guitar, but with no loss of the warmth and nuance you'd expect. A strong attack or a delicate touch get different but equally beautiful notes out of this nylon string. The condition of this pre-owned Lissarague is excellent and incredibly clean, and it comes with a TKL hard case.
