Details

Based off of Lowden’s S body shape, the Lowden S35C 12-fret features the same 24 3/4” scale length as its 14 fret equivalent, but utilizes a uniquely voiced soundbox and relocated bridge to offer an instrument that offers something tonally different than anything else in Lowden’s lineup. The Adirondack Spruce top perfectly rounds out the low end provided by the Cocobolo back and sides. This combination, paired with the relocated Ebony bridge, increases the guitars mid-range punch, while offering plenty of projection, vibrancy, and clarity that one might not expect from such a small bodied guitar. These features, paired with its ornate Abalone rosette, multi-layered wood purfling and body binding, and cutaway design, make this Lowden S35C 12-fret an attractive option for those looking for master built, modern instrument that is compact but still packs plenty of punch.
