You're looking at one of the best T-Style guitars we've ever had come through our doors. The talented folks at Mario Martin Guitars truly outdid themselves with this Gold Flake Sparkle T-Style, double-bound with checkboard binding. Mario Martin Guitars pride themselves on their tone-woods and this T-Style is a perfect example what they're capable of-- the extremely resonant swamp ash body is paired with a stunning AAA flamed maple neck for a total weight of 6lbs-6oz: it's as loud as an acoustic guitar unplugged and so light you can't believe it's all solid. The Fralin pickups are a perfect match for a guitar this light and resonant, with the Blues Special bridge pickup providing a hot, full-throated vintage bridge tone suitable for everything from country to blues to rock (and anything in-between). The 2% overwound neck pickup provides a perfect sonic match with the Blues Special bridge, fat and sweet on its own with plenty of top end snap. The T-Style has been wired with a 4-way switch, which allows you to get that classic Tele "quack" in the parallel position while giving you the added "series" position as well, which provides a thicker, fuller alternative position tone. This is an incredibly versatile T-Style that sounds and plays just as good as it looks, with fit, finish, and detail-work second to none.
