Details
This first generation National Reso-Phonic Resolectric is a master of adding open, sustaining texture and low key lead lines. This model uses an audiophile-quality 1st generation Highlander preamp to mix both the magnetic and piezoelectric pickups. A Chandler or Kent Armstrong Lipstick Tube pickup sits in the neck position, and an LR Baggs LB6 is under the bridge, all controlled with a simple blend control and volume control knob. The solid MDF body has surprising acoustic resonance while proving very stable, and is paired with a maple neck and ebony fretboard. The condition of this 1995 model couldn't be much cleaner. The original owner ordered it directly from National, and took excellent care of it. Price includes its original hard case.
