Pava A5 Professional Mandolin, Maple & Adirondack Spruce - Pre-Owned

Pava Knezevic has been building mandolins for the last 20 years. First building Collings MF-5 models, and then helping Tom Ellis restart the production of Ellis mandolins. After several years helping Tom build his instruments, he thought it was time for Pava to start a line of her own. Pava's distinctive A5 Professional model is built with a top quality Adirondack spruce top, a one-piece red maple back, and maple sides and neck. The Professional trim options include double tortoise-bound top and back, single bound fretboard and peghead, and a gloss shellac finish. Its sweet and mellow tone is perfect for all kinds of folk and classical music.

A close eye can spot a couple of very minor dings in the finish and binding on the treble side, but otherwise, this mandolin is in excellent condition and comes with a hardshell case.
