Details

The older sibling of Santa Cruz’s standard OM model, the Santa Cruz OM Grand possesses the same elegance of its smaller counterpart, just with more volume, projection, and bass response. Sporting an upgraded Bear Claw European Spruce top, and an Indian Rosewood back and sides, this OM Grand has no shortage of string clarity, presence, and beautifully balanced tone. Though its size boasts volume, the playing dynamics of this SCGC are extremely natural and intuitive. Its innate power creates an authoritative bloom, allowing a fingerstyle player to apply less effort without any loss of nuance. These attributes matched with its classic Herringbone rosette and purfling, Zipper backstrip, and Ivoroid body and fretboard binding make this Santa Cruz OM Grand a perfect guitar for those looking for a slightly larger and louder OM style guitar.
